This option is for anyone that cannot attend the review of the Calendar Year-End Preliminary and Closing procedures meeting in person.
The USAS session is scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The USPS session is scheduled to run from 10:15 a.m. to Noon.
We will again be using the webinar product WEBEX. You will not be able to join the session until the host has started the meeting so we will try to start it by 8:30am. Please try to connect early to make sure you don't have any connection issues as some browsers require you to install a plugin. By connecting early that will also give you the opportunity to make sure you can hear us. We will do a few sound tests prior to 9am.
When you connect you will need to select either the "I will call in" audio option if you are going to use a telephone to listen to the meeting or the "Using computer for audio" option if you are going to listen through computer speakers. You will automatically be muted when you join the meeting, if you have any questions during the meeting, please use the chat box and select to chat to everyone (NOT just the presenter which is the default setting). We will have someone monitoring the chatroom during the meeting if you want to ask any questions.
