About the cohort.


The Serving Leader Cohort for Educators will meet once a month for six months. Through it, you’ll learn experience:

  • Hands-on application of 15 key leadership practices.
  • Thought leadership and best practices for organizational growth.
  • Round-table work sessions with fellow educators.
  • Assessment of your leadership and organization's situation.
  • Action plan and accountability relationships between sessions.
  • Breakthrough take-aways to get to the next level.
  • State-of-the-art venue with meals included.

Dr. John Stahl-Wert is a best-selling author, speaker, and expert in growing great leaders. He touches the hearts of thousands of people through his books, keynote addresses, and work helping organizations bring out the very best in their people. John serves as president of Newton Institute and director of its Center for Serving Leadership, providing services that enable individual, organizational, and community transformation based on The 5 Actions in the book, The Serving Leader.

Registration:


  • $2,500 for the first participant from a district.
  • The second registration from the same district is FREE.
  • Additional associates from the district are $500/person with a maximum of five people in attendance from the same district.
  • Registration includes six full-day sessions, all assessments, curricula, workbooks, meals and snacks.
